Mr. Nicholas B. Binkley is a Partner at Forrest, Binkley & Brown. He also co-founded the firm. Mr. Binkley has been serving in his current position since the firm’s formation in 1993. He joined Security Pacific Financial Systems in 1983 as a Deputy Administrator for domestic non-banking subsidiaries, which included Security Pacific Venture Capital. He is also a Director at UnionBanCal Corporation and Union Bank of California. Mr. Binkley serves as a Director to a number of FBB portfolio companies including Spectrasensors and community service organizations. He was a Member of the Investment Committee at Security Pacific Venture Capital from 1983 till 1993. Mr. Binkley became a Vice Chairman of Security Pacific Corporation responsible for all non-banking subsidiaries in 1990 and a Member of the Board of Directors in 1991. Following the merger of BankAmerica and Security Pacific he became the Vice Chairman and a Member of the Board of Directors of BankAmerica. Mr. Binkley is also a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He was the Founding Chair and a Member of the International Advisory Board of The University of California's Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies in San Diego from 1986 to 2006. Mr. Binkley has served on the Advisory Council of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies since 2003. He received his M.A. degree in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in 1971 and his B.A. degree in Political Science from The Colorado College in 1968.
