Larta Institute is one of the nation’s leading organizations in technology commercialization. Larta has established unique contractual relationships with the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Department of Defense (DoD), and the National Institutes of Standards and Technologies (NIST) to work directly with early-stage companies spinning out of those institutions and to assist their commercial development. Larta manages Network T2, a consortium that involves over 28 universities and research institutions to help those entities transfer new technologies from the research laboratory to the commercial marketplace. Larta manages global programs, in partnership with Global CONNECT, to connect startup companies from a network of 23 countries to markets in the U.S.
