SARATOGA SPRINGS — Thriving economies require creative thought that is best achieved by promoting a climate of trust and eliminating common barriers that separate diverse peoples. That’s the premise Silicon Valley venture capitalist and entrepreneur Victor Hwang told more than 250 area business leaders who gathered Wednesday at the City Center.
